OK,
So you think you got married without a lawyer, and you think you don't need one to get divorced . . .
Well . . . you are out on the internet looking for help, so maybe you need SOME assistance.
IF you are truly broke, and don't have anything to split up, AND you don't have kids, MAYBE you are making a reasonable decision. BUT . . . if you have kids or you have the money for a lawyer (and an unconsted without kids should NOT cost all that much) you really, really, really, really, need to not be so damn cheap on a legal procedure that will likely take a lot longer than necessary and be a lot less hassle if you just pony up a few hundred bucks and hire a lawyer.
